Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed programme fees paid to Source Stackhub, not to informational prices on this website. Consumer buyers in the United Kingdom may also have statutory cancellation rights for distance contracts; this policy explains our studio practice and does not reduce those rights.

Timeframe

Ask for a full refund of a Cohort Seat or Scoring Partnership up to 14 days after our written confirmation, provided the first live session has not begun. After the first live session, refunds are partial as set out below. Desk Copy refunds may be requested within 14 days if downloadable files have not been retrieved.

Full or partial refund

Full refund: confirmation fee returned in full if you cancel inside the window above and live teaching has not started, or if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a later date you accept. Partial refund after teaching starts: unused live weeks, calculated as remaining full weeks divided by twelve, minus a £90 administration amount. If you have already received written marks for more than four weeks, the partial refund is capped at 40% of the fee.

Non-refundable items

Scorecard Critique Hours once the hour has been held. Printed desk packs that have been posted. Gift seats that the recipient has already joined. Bank charges on international transfers that your bank levied, which we never received.

Process

Email hello@source-stackhub.digital with the subject “Refund request”, the programme name, and the confirmation date. We reply within five working days with the amount we believe is due. If you disagree, say so in writing; we will review once more before closing the request.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are sent by the original payment method within 14 working days of our approval email. We do not refund in cash at the Norman Cross address. If the original method is closed, we will agree an alternative bank transfer to a named UK account.

Cancellation by you or by us

You may cancel a seat by email. We may cancel a cohort if enrolment falls below eight voices; in that case we offer a later cohort or a full refund. Missing sessions without notice is not an automatic cancellation and does not, by itself, create a refund.

Exceptions

If illness or a protected reason under UK law prevents attendance, write to us. We prefer a deferral to the next lab over a cash refund after week four, but we will consider a partial refund where deferral is impractical. Chargebacks opened without contacting us first may delay a goodwill review.
